WANTED: POKÉMON HUNTERS FOR CHASDEI NAOMI AT NIS 200 AN HOUפוקימון---enR

Chasdei Naomi, the largest voluntary organization in Israel for food distribution, is launching a new campaign for collecting food packages at Rosh Hashanah for needy people. As part of its activity, the organization is offering work to Pokémon hunters, at a wage of NIS 200 an hour, donated by an anonymous donor especially for this pilot campaign. At the moment we are looking for 5–10 hunters.

In the framework of the activity Chasdei Naomi has published wanted ads that offer payment of NIS 200 an hour to professional Pokémon hunters. These hunters will work together with Pokémon game players who want to continue advancing in the game when they are unable to play, and in this way they will advance in the game in “dead time,” (such as sleep, during school, etc.) – in fact, by exchanging the details with which they registered for the game, players can also advance in the game when they are unable to play as there will be someone who will do it for them.

The organization explains that everyone who wants to hunt Pokémons will be asked to offer a price in the form of “donating meals,” to needy people for Rosh Hashanah, a minimum of seven meals for each two-hour order, at a cost of NIS 40 for each meal – and whoever offers to supply the biggest number of meals will win a player. For instance, if there are two Pokémon hunters left and someone from Tel Aviv, someone from Jerusalem and someone from Ganei Yehuda telephone – only the two who make the highest offers will be able to hire a player – on condition that they offer more than the minimum required.

Chasdei Naomi says that the idea of a Pokémon-based campaign is an opportunity to encourage the public to donate money for purchasing food for needy people. The organization’s initial target is an extra donation of 200 meals for Rosh Hashanah – in addition to the routine collection.

Chasdei Naomi also added that after locating the hunters the organization will post the activity on Facebook, which will happen if the initial pilot is a success. Do you want the job? Do you want to order a Pokémon hunter and donate at the same time?
