CHASDEI NAOMI OPENS ITS NEW BRANCH IN BEIT SHEMESH

A NEW ACTIVITY CENTER HAS BEEN ADDED TO CHASDEI NAOMI’S NATIONAL ACTIVITY MAP

Beit Shemesh Mayor Rabbi Moshe Abutbul, together with Chasdei Naomi’s Chairman, Rabbi Yosef Cohen, local branch directors and many of the city’s public officials participated in an exciting event – the opening of the new branch of Chasdei Naomi in Beit Shemesh.

This is a new link in the extensive chain of activity run by the large charitable organization – Chasdei Naomi.  This branch will provide more efficient service to the hundreds of families that are recipients of Chasdei Naomi’s assistance on a regular basis.

Mayor Rabbi Moshe Abutbul, who was given the honor of affixing the mezuzah, joined the many volunteers packing boxes of food.  He lauded Rabbi Yosef Cohen for his many years of charitable activity in Beit Shemesh and noted that the new branch will continue to serve the city’s residents, regardless of which neighborhoods they live in or which sectors they belong to.

“It is a great privilege for us to welcome your charitable organization as you open your new center in our city,” said Rabbi Abutbul.  Rabbi Yosef Cohen thanked the mayor for his cooperation and his message that he would provide assistance to Chasdei Naomi whenever called upon, and he thanked the many volunteers that enable Chasdei Naomi to assist tens of thousands of families nationwide.

“We don’t have a minute’s rest,” noted Rabbi Cohen, “We are busy night and day, in order to meet the requests, opening new branches and afternoon mini-clubs.  The needs are great and thank God, we have many volunteers.”

The Beit Shemesh branch joins Chasdei Naomi’s forty existing branches and five logistical centers across the county.
