Chasdei Naomi Association Secures Top Spot
Chasdei Naomi, an organization working to assist needy families, Holocaust survivors, and elderly individuals facing economic hardship, secured first place in the Sharks Program during Charity’s Global Summits Conference, held at the Jerusalem Convention Center.
During the conference, the organization’s CEO, Moshe Cohen, presented Chasdei Naomi’s activities to an audience of over 2,000 institutional and organizational leaders, as well as a leading panel of judges. Rabbi Yosef Cohen, the organization’s chairman and founder, who joined to bless the attendees by phone, was moved by the achievement and expressed gratitude to Charity and all those who supported and voted.
The organization’s CEO, Moshe Cohen, shared some historical moments of the organization: “My father established the association 40 years ago, when I was 10 years old. We all remember the yellow bus that initiated the charitable work – collecting food supplies in the evenings and distributing them to needy families. Today, the organization has developed into a charitable empire, with over 25,000 volunteers and approximately 40 distribution points throughout the country.”
