TOGETHER WITH RABBI YOSSEF COHEN, THE CHAIRMAN OF “THE HASDEI NAOMI” ORGANIZATION THE RABBIS GAVE A TRULY WARMHEARTED RECEPTION TO THE GENERAL MANAGER AND EXPRESSED THEIR APPRECIATION FOR THE ACTIONS OF “MATERNA” COMPANY
In connection with “A DECADE OF CHARITY” of the “MATERNA MITZVAH” campaign, MR. MICHAEL EZER, General Manager of the “MATERNA” Company, paid a visit to the homes of Rabbis and Great Scholars Shlita together with Rabbi Yossef Cohen, the Chairman of “THE HASDEI NAOMI” ORGANIZATION and received their warm and cordial Blessings.
The General Manager of the “MATERNA” Company opened his round of visits at the home of the Chief Rabbi of Israel, RABBI YONAH METZGER
SHLITA, who blessed “MATERNA” for their
activities up to these days and hoped they would enjoy many more years of charity for the benefit of the community.
The General Manager of the “MATERNA” Company continued with a visit to the office of the former Chief Rabbi of Israel, RABBI YISRAEL MEIR LAU SHLITA, who greeted him warmly, while bringing up memories from those first days, more than half a jubilee ago, when the “MATERNA” Company began its activities in the Kibbutz Ma’abarot under the supervision of the then young Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau, who even then recognized in the management of “MATERNA” a very special honesty and credibility and also a frank and real desire to stand up to the highest possible standards of a selected kashrus and have a true and
enduring partnership with the Orthodox public.
Then, the General Manager of the “MATERNA” Company was received at the PONEVEZH YESHIVA in Bnei Brak by the Heads of the Yeshiva and afterwards at the offices of the MAYOR OF
BNEI BRAK RABBI YA’AKOV ASHER.
All the Rabbis and Public Figures, who met with the General Manager of the “MATERNA” Company, expressed their great appreciation to the Company for acting during so many years for the benefit of the community.
At the end of the visit, MR. MICHAEL EZER, GENERAL MANAGER OF THE “MATERNA” COMPANY indicated that: “With G- ‘ s Help, “MATERNA” will continue to stand by the community and by the needy for many more years to come”.
