A unique and interesting partnership is being launched between the ELEM Association for Youth at Risk and Chasdei Naomi, the major charitable organization, after the two organizations decided to cooperate together.
As part of this new partnership, young people from the ELEM Association came to the Chasdei Naomi Logistical Center in Tel Aviv to volunteer with packing groceries for the needy.
Mrs. Nava Barak, president of ELEM, made a special visit to Chasdei Naomi in Bnei Brak, during which she also joined in packing food products for needy families.
Mrs. Barak visited the Armonot Chen halls, the Hessed Netto clothing store, as well as the warehouses and offices of Chasdei Naomi. In a comprehensive review of the organization’s activities, Ms. Barak heard about Chasdei Naomi’s extensive activities and described the activities carried out by ELEM. Among other things, she mentioned that the volunteering performed by ELEM youths at Chasdei Naomi was a welcome endeavor that helped the young people return to normative frameworks.
Rabbi Yosef Cohen thanked Ms. Barak for her visit and they agreed to enhance the partnership between the two organizations in a number of ways.
